Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

To request an exchange or refund:

  • Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos along with an unboxing video
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

Items damaged due to improper handling, water, perfume, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or exchange.

Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days.
